I'm Aysil Akcanbas, former HR executive with over 25 years of experience in global organisations and an Executive Coach/Consultant (Professional Certified Coach "PCC" accredited by International Coaching Federation "ICF" and Certified Co-Active Coach "CPCC"). I've been living and working in Ireland since year 2018, bringing a cross-cultural lens and heart-centered approach to every coaching conversation.
My career began in Human Resources and evolved into strategic leadership roles at international companies like Johnson & Johnson, Xerox, and Alcatel-Lucent as well as large Turkish corporates like Dogan Holding and Ayaydin Miroglio. For 15 years, I served at the executive board level, leading major transformation, culture change, and leadership development initiatives. In 2016, I was recognised by Fortune Magazine Turkey as one of the "Top 50 Most Influential HR Leaders."
Beyond the boardroom, I've always been most energized by the human journey — the inner work behind meaningful change, the quiet clarity that emerges in stillness, the courage it takes to step forward in alignment with the inner truth.
I hold certifications in Co-Active Coaching, ORSC (Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching), Jungian Coaching, and Co-Active Leadership. My work is grounded in empathy, insight, and the belief that every person has an authentic voice worth hearing.

Over the years, I had the honour of working with leaders across various sectors and cultures — supporting them through transitions, authentic self-exploration, values realignment, and purpose-driven leadership. I'm known for holding both compassionate presence and clear challenge, creating spaces where people feel deeply seen and empowered to act.
Outside of executive coaching, I am deeply passionate about women’s leadership and global mentorship. I have coached emerging women leaders across geographies and previously designed and led a Stand Up Coaching programme for young women, supporting them to build confidence, voice, and self-leadership at critical stages of their lives.
I coach fluently in English and Turkish, and I bring my multicultural experience into every coaching relationship with curiosity, respect, and wholehearted presence.
