About Aysil
PCC, CPCC, ORSC | Executive Coach & Consultant
I'm Aysil Akcanbas, a former HR executive with over 25 years of experience in global organisations (Johnson & Johnson, Xerox, Alcatel-Lucent). Since 2018, I have been living and working in Ireland, bringing a cross-cultural lens and heart-centered approach to every coaching conversation.
For 15 years, I served at the executive board level, leading major transformation, culture change, and leadership development initiatives. In 2016, I was recognised by Fortune Magazine Turkey as one of the "Top 50 Most Influential HR Leaders."
Beyond the boardroom, I've always been energized by the human journey—the inner work behind meaningful change. I hold certifications in Co-Active Coaching, ORSC, Jungian Coaching, and Co-Active Leadership.
